LABRADOR SALES ENABLEMENT

Conference flyer front

Description: Following the US Treasury Department’s suspension of enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act, US companies were no longer incentivized, and sometimes prosecuted, for disclosing company sustainability information and data. Large competitors in the financial reporting space dramatically cut their pricing while many companies pulled back on their sustainability reporting efforts. In this environment, Labrador needed to retain its global portfolio of clients (including ~50% of the S&P 500) and diversify its offering.

My role: Managing Director, Global Marketing (CMO) leading brand strategy, product marketing and sales enablement in the US. My team focused on deploying a differentiated content strategy across owned platforms, worked with internal and external partners to incubate and launch new products (Workiva Services and Data Services) and enter new markets.

Results: Exceeded FY new business goal by 10% as of Q1 2026 by attracting clients in new and existing markets with a broader portfolio of services and capabilities.
